Purchasing Outsourcing

1. ORGANISATION OF TENDERS

We can manage a partial or whole tender for you, which may include: a needs analysis, RFI (Request for Information), criteria selection, execution of the tender or e-auction, evaluation of offers and a recommendation, negotiation, supplier evaluation… If you wish, you can just tell us what you need to buy. We will manage the rest. In that way, you will be able to focus on your core business and leave the buying worries to our professional buyers.

2. CLIENT REPRESENTATION AT NEGOTIATIONS

If you buy from abroad and don´t speak any foreign languages, we will help you communicate with suppliers, and hence negotiate the best possible conditions for you.

3. ALLIANCE PURCHASES

Thanks to the concentration of demand, we can negotiate with the suppliers of goods and services (cars, laptops, insurance, telecommunications, etc.) conditions that are comparable to the big corporate clients. The savings vs. standard prices are in the tens of percentage points.

4. PARTIAL OR FULL OUTSOURCING OF PURCHASING ACTIVITIES

We are also able to manage outsourcing of special purchasing activities according to the needs of your company. For example, outsourcing of one or more purchased categories or managing all the purchases for your company, i.e. we partially or fully take over the functions of your purchasing department. After an agreement, it is also possible to transfer your current employees to Arhom Ltd.
